This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or submit information to www.pandoloop.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or services that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Our Service allows you to integrate and create commands for various online third-party services. When you enable linking between or log in to third-party services through the Site, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Site to access that third-party service and the data and content contained within that third-party service. We store your login credentials long enough to enable linking to the third-party service. For example, a property manager can integrate with their trust accounting software to manage tenant, landlord, supplier data.

If you provide data about someone else, you must be authorised to do so under the relevant Data Protection Laws.

Please remember that the manner in which third-party services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such third-party services, and the Site shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any third-party services that may be enabled within the Service.

We may retain certain personally non-identifiable information related to the data or content linked between third-party services (for example, date sent, link configuration, names of the third-party services), for the purpose of improving our services.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Personal Information.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
